The Esplanade Apartments were developed by Becton in 2005. Glenn was heavily involved in the selling of The Esplanade Apartments; as one of Melbourne’s premier apartment developments, it boasts an enviable group of A-list tenants. Located on the St Kilda Boulevard, it was the last medium density licence granted on the beachfront.
